When ordering, please view the font and color choices, as well as the choose an images. Choose each from the dropdown menus, then enter the personalization for line one (usually the name) and line two (phone number, school name, classroom teacher, etc).

Please allow 24 hours for your proof to be sent as a text or email with the number or email you provide at checkout; Construction of the tag is about 1-2 business days
